Gift Card Terms & Conditions?

- Gift Cards carry a validity of 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

- If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, balance can be paid by cash on delivery or other prepaid options of your choice like UPI, Netbanking, Cards, wallets.

- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be returned for a refund, cannot have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

- If you cancel or return any product you have purchased using a Gift Card, the balance will be issued to you as a store credit only.

- This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

- Only one gift card can be used for placing an order. Multiple cards cannot be clubbed. We request you to purchase your gift card denomination accordingly.

- This Gift Card can be redeemed online on saffronthreadsclothing.com only. We do not partner with any other marketplace or platform for gift cards.

- If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.

- You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards. Please do not share information with any one other than the intended recepient.

- Gift card can only be purchased on prepaid mode
