The material, style and cut of the dress was not very tasteful. I am a regular Saffron Thread customer.
The item was returned around 10th May. I was approached by the Saffron Threads Return team for the UPI id to process refund, which was duly provided. Till date, I haven't received refund of INR 949. Please expedite my refund and provide a screenshot once processed
