Bought a lovely kurti from Saffron Threads in November 2022.
Right from the moment the outer packing is removed, the way the actual kurti is presented in a soft cotton pouch was a pleasant surprise. The kurti is exactly as per the images shown on their website. Perfect material, colour, design, size everything is as detailed on their site (5/5). Incidentally, at the same time, my daughter also placed an order with Saffron Threads which, to my shock, turned out to be similar. Returning one kurti to the seller got delayed somehow, and I literally lost the hopes as the mandatory days for returning were over. However, I got a prompt, positive response, literally within a minute, from Saffron Threads & the item was collected and got a new beautiful kurti within 4 days. Everything was handled so graciously by Saffron Threads. I really appreciate the customer care service, which according to me is one of the most important asset for any business.
This was our first but definitely not the last purchase from Saffron Threads.
